By using VendorBot you agree to these terms. The service is operated by VendorBot.

The service

VendorBot provides a chat assistant, order tools and payment links for shops. Plans: Starter and Pro, billed per 30 days through Paystack. Prices shown in your dashboard apply.

Shop owners

• You are responsible for your products, prices, deliveries, refunds and customer service. We are not a party to sales between you and your customers.
• Do not sell illegal goods or use the service to deceive, spam or harass. Broadcasts must respect customers who opt out.
• Keep your account secure. Tell us if you lose access to your Telegram account.
• Subscriptions are not refunded for the period already used. You can stop renewing at any time (/autorenew off). See our Refund Policy.

AI replies

Replies are generated by AI from the information you enter. They may occasionally be wrong; you remain responsible for confirming orders and payments.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. Online sales are settled to the shop's payout account minus any platform commission shown in the dashboard.

Crypto payments

Where a shop offers crypto, buyers send money directly to the shop's own wallet. We never hold or move that money and do not verify transfers. Wallets are reviewed by us before they appear, but approval is not a guarantee about a shop. Crypto transfers are irreversible: check the address and network before sending. Any dispute is between the buyer and the shop.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last month.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
