VendorBot is a chat-first service, so most of what we do happens in Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, not in a browser. The handful of web pages we do have (a shop's public page, this page, your dashboard) use only the cookies below. None of them are used for advertising, cross-site tracking or building a profile of you, so no cookie-consent banner is shown - under the rules this service follows (including Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012), a banner is required for optional/tracking cookies, not for ones the site cannot function without.
Keeps you signed in to your shop's dashboard after you approve a sign-in on Telegram. Deleted when you log out or it expires.
Remembers what you've added to a shop's online cart so it's still there if you come back before checking out. Specific to that one shop.
Short-lived cookies that exist only while a shop owner is connecting Google Drive or Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook), or while a dashboard sign-in is waiting for approval on Telegram. They expire within minutes to hours either way.
Lets a returning visitor land back on the shop they were browsing instead of our general homepage.
Your browser lets you block or delete cookies at any time (check its settings menu). Since every cookie here is required for the feature it supports, turning them off means that feature - staying logged in, keeping a cart, finishing a Google/Meta connection - won't work, but nothing else about the site changes.
