Open the chat with the shop you ordered from (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp) and send: delete my data. Your saved name, phone number, location and notes are erased immediately and order details are blanked.
Send /deleteaccount to the VendorBot bot on Telegram, then confirm with /deleteaccount confirm. Your shop, products, customers and orders are removed. A security log entry (who, when, IP address) is kept for fraud prevention, and payment records may be kept where the law requires us to keep accounting records.
Removing the app from your Meta settings stops us receiving new data. To erase what we already hold, use the steps above or contact the platform owner (message the bot) with the shop name.
