How do I actually get paid?
Buyers pay by card or Mobile Money through Paystack, or you can take Mobile Money payments directly - you choose how in your dashboard. Paystack payouts go straight to your linked bank account or MoMo wallet.
Is my customers' information safe?
A buyer's phone number and delivery address are only shared with you once their payment is actually confirmed, never before. Channel tokens and vendor data are encrypted at rest.
Do I need any technical skills to set this up?
No. You answer a few questions in the chat (shop name, what you sell, how you get paid) and your shop is live. Adding products, prices and photos is done from a simple dashboard.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You'll get a reminder before it expires. If you don't renew, your shop simply pauses - nothing is deleted, and you can renew any time to pick up right where you left off.
Can I reply to customers in my own language?
Yes - VendorBot can reply in Twi, Pidgin, Ga, Ewe and Hausa, as well as English, and it understands photos and voice notes customers send too.
